Material
Our homes are constructed using Kiln Dried Southern Yellow Pine Logs. This makes our homes less expensive and more durable. Southern Yellow Pine is much harder and dense than Cedar. All logs are 8” thick and come either rounded or flat on the inside.

Unique Fastening System
Our unique fastening system eliminates the need for pre-drilling. The corners are interlocking and with this feature plus our fastening system, you are assured of a weather tight home.

Insulating value
Wood is a natural insulator. A concrete wall would have to be ten feet thick to have the same insulation value as our 8” log. Wood is 6 times better than brick and 1600 times better than aluminum.
